These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and xv777 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xv777 platform accessible at https://xv777.cam and any associated mobile or web-based applications, services and content (collectively, the "Platform").

xv777 is an English-language online gaming information and services platform. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand it, and that you agree to be bound by it.

Your access to or use of the Platform — including browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a Wager or claiming a Bonus — constitutes your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement and all policies incorporated herein by reference.

This Agreement is entered into electronically. You acknowledge that electronic acceptance carries the same legal effect as a written signature to the extent permitted by applicable law. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. To register for and use an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Being 18 years old does not guarantee that gambling is lawful in your location — local laws, including those in Pakistan, may impose further restrictions regardless of age.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.
• Personal use only: You must use the Platform solely for your own personal, recreational entertainment purposes. Commercial use, acting on behalf of third parties, or systematic exploitation of Platform features is prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gaming service and subsequently attempted to register a new Account in circumvention of that exclusion.

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must create a registered Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including — but not limited to — your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact telephone number.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, or at any subsequent point, is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension and may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify the xv777 support team immediately at the contact details set out in Section 20 of these Terms.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and using a unique password that is not shared with any other service. xv777 will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, email or telephone.

In accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT) obligations, and in order to verify User eligibility, xv777 requires Users to complete a KYC verification process before making withdrawals, and may require KYC at any stage of account activity.

Documents Typically Required

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID. For Pakistani users, this will typically be a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a current Pakistani passport — front and back images are generally required.
• Proof of Age: Confirmed through the proof of identity document above. Your date of birth must confirm that you meet the minimum eligible age requirement.
• Proof of Address: Where required, a recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence displaying your full name and residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Selfie / Liveness Check: A real-time photograph or short video holding your identity document, or a liveness verification conducted through an integrated third-party identity verification service.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where applicable, evidence of ownership of the deposit method used — such as a screenshot of your banking application confirming the account holder name matches your registered details.

All deposits made to the Platform must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name and over which you have full legal authority. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to another person are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Payment Method Availability

The Platform may support various payment methods including, but not limited to, e-wallet services, bank transfer (IBFT), instant payment rails and cryptocurrency, depending on availability in your region. For Pakistani users, familiar payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast (IBFT), and bank transfer through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be referenced as educational context. However, xv777 makes no guarantee that any specific payment method will be available at any given time. Payment method availability must always be confirmed in the live cashier.

The payment provider names referenced above are included for educational context only and do not imply that those providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling or with xv777. Users must verify each provider's own terms and conditions regarding permitted transaction types.

Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit thresholds apply and vary by payment method. Current minimum deposit requirements are published in the cashier section of your Account. These figures may be expressed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or other currencies depending on your Account configuration and prevailing exchange rates.

Deposit Processing

Deposits are generally credited to your Account promptly upon successful processing. However, processing times are dependent on the payment method used, the payment provider's own internal processing timelines, and any applicable compliance checks. xv777 does not guarantee specific deposit processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

Users may request withdrawal of available funds subject to the following conditions being met in full: the Account must be fully KYC-verified; all applicable wagering requirements attached to any Bonus funds must be satisfied; there must be no active security review or fraud investigation associated with the Account; and the withdrawal amount must meet the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our finance team. Processing timelines vary depending on the withdrawal method selected, the volume of requests being processed and the outcome of any required compliance checks. xv777 does not guarantee specific processing speeds. Indicative processing windows for common methods are as follows:

• E-wallet / Mobile Money: Processing may occur within minutes to several hours of approval, subject to provider processing and AML checks.
• Instant Payment Rails (e.g. Raast): Processing may occur within minutes to the same business day following approval, subject to State Bank of Pakistan rails and provider compliance screening.
• Bank Transfer (IBFT): Processing typically takes one to three business days following approval, subject to the receiving bank's processing timelines and AML screening.
• Cryptocurrency: Processing time varies significantly based on network congestion, the number of required confirmations and the specific blockchain network used.

All indicative timelines above are subject to change and are not guaranteed. xv777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests of significant value, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified Account details.

From time to time, xv777 may offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

General Bonus Conditions

• All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds restrictions applicable to each Bonus will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• xv777 reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus, promotional offer or associated winnings if it reasonably believes that a User is engaging in Bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage strategies or any other form of systematic exploitation.
• Illustrative Bonus amounts mentioned elsewhere on the Platform (for example, "welcome package up to PKR 10,000") are examples of potential offer values and are subject to published eligibility criteria and terms. They are not guarantees of any specific Bonus value.
• VIP tier benefits, cashback percentages and reload bonus parameters are illustrative where labeled as such. Actual values are published in the current VIP programme terms.

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game, sports market or event. Users are solely responsible for understanding the rules of any game or market before placing a Wager.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, market and Wager type and are displayed at the point of play.
• Wagers are confirmed and binding once accepted by the system. Confirmed Wagers cannot be cancelled or amended after placement.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game or bet settlement, xv777 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to Users' Accounts.
• Sports market odds are subject to change until the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to the Wager.
• xv777 reserves the right to impose individual Wager limits on specific Users or Accounts where it deems necessary, including but not limited to instances where unusual betting patterns are identified.
• All RTP (Return to Player) figures published on the Platform are either sourced from game documentation or are clearly labeled as illustrative. Actual RTP for individual game sessions will vary due to the inherent variance of random number generator (RNG) outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering or using the Platform from a Prohibited Territory;
• Providing false, misleading, fraudulent or third-party information during registration or KYC;
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime;
• Engaging in Bonus abuse, collusion, chip dumping, arbitrage betting or any systematic exploitation of the Platform's promotional systems;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers or any artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties without express written authorisation;
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, geolocation or access-restriction measures implemented by the Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing or discriminatory toward Platform staff or other users;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or otherwise attempting to derive source code or trade secrets from the Platform or its underlying systems.

xv777 reserves the right to take immediate and unilateral action in response to any prohibited conduct, including Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities and pursuing civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.

xv777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• The Account is being operated in connection with fraudulent, criminal or prohibited activities;
• The User has provided false or misleading information at any stage;
• KYC requirements have not been satisfied within the required timeframe;
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the User or identified by the Platform's responsible gambling monitoring systems;
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require us to restrict access.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (after deducting any Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification checks.

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. If you are closing your Account for responsible gambling reasons, we encourage you to also consider requesting a self-exclusion as an additional safeguard.

No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, transmitted, displayed, performed, licensed, transferred, sold or used in any way — in whole or in part — without the prior written consent of xv777. Limited permission is granted to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xv777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

This includes, without limitation, any loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, business interruption or any other intangible losses, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if xv777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

xv777 does not warrant that: (i) the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; (ii) the results obtained from use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable; or (iii) any errors or defects in the Platform will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The collection, storage, processing and use of your personal data by xv777 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

xv777 applies SSL encryption across all data transmitted through the Platform. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel who require it for the performance of their professional duties. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal obligations that may require us to retain certain data for defined periods. xv777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Users via email to the registered Account address, a notification displayed upon login, or by publishing a notice on the Platform's homepage.

All amendments will be effective from the date specified in the notification or, where no specific date is stated, from the date the revised Terms are published on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated and licensed, as specified in the operator's current licensing documentation. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution procedures established by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, or through binding arbitration as applicable under the terms of the relevant licence.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent xv777 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights or property.

By accessing the Platform from Pakistan, you confirm that you have independently assessed the legal implications of doing so and that you accept full personal responsibility for compliance with all applicable local, provincial and federal laws. xv777 expressly disclaims all liability arising from a User's failure to comply with applicable local laws.
